During your training you will be testing and pushing your limits. You will be pushed physically during the 1 hour training sessions with your Fresh Air Fitness instructors. They will make you work harder than you would normally push yourself and getting those goals closer to grasp. The other aspect will be the mental side of training getting you out of bed to come to training or to keep pushing yourself that little bit harder.
2 x 1 HOUR SESSIONS
EVERY WEEK
Each one hour session is taken outdoors. For the resistance training we use specially designed weight bags called strength bags. These are a range of weights to suit anyone from a sedentary person who has never done exercise to the full time sports guys and girls. To help our heart and to move that fat around our body we do cardio training up and down Mt Eden as well as in the domain. Then to keep our bodies flexible and healthy we always finish the session with a range of stretches.
