Your Personal trainer for the weekend. Logan is the owner of Fresh Air fitness and the mastermind behind putting all the sessions together. With over 6 years experience as a Personal Trainer, Logan has worked with many different shapes and sizes, and fitness levels. Logan will be sure to work you to your capacity and ensure you are getting the best out of your exercise.
Tarryn Keep
Your nutrition guru for the weekend. Tarryn is a Naturopath and Herbalist and has been in the health industry for over 8 years. With a wealth of knowledge in the field of weight management, sports nutrition as well as optimising health and wellbeing, Tarryn will be putting together tasty, nutritional meals to keep you energised, healthy and feeling great for the weekend.
With Logan and Tarryn being there for your beck and call over the weekend, you will be able to get as much information and inspiration as you desire out of this weekend. So make the most of it!!
