By having a personalised session, it enables our trainers to target the areas specific to what your needs are and giving you 100% focus to ensure you are working to your full capacity and your technique is optimal to reduce risk of injury and work your muscles to their full potential. These sessions will include a balance of cardio, and resistance work utilising a range of equipment to ensure variety and results.
YOGA SESSIONS
As well as Personal Training sessions, we also offer One on One Yoga sessions. This is beneficial for anyone who is needing to develop more strength, tone and flexibility. Those that exercise a lot tend to have limited range of movement which is essential for optimal well being, Yoga helps to free up muscle tension as well as developing strength throughout the body. Yoga is also highly beneficial for stress reduction and overall health and well being, anyone who lives a full on lifestyle, and has health complaints, yoga can be a great adjunct to support your body and health.
Sessions can be either run at your own home, or outside in the Fresh Air at Mt Eden.
Prices are as follows:
At home:
$100 per hour for 1 session per week
$90 per hour for 2-3 sessions per week
$80 per hour for 4-5 sessions per week
Mt Eden:
$80 per hour for 1 session per week
$70 per hour for 2-3 sessions per week
$60 per hour for 4-5 sessions per week
For 2 or 3 people we can offer a discounted price per person off the above prices.
