YOGA

In today’s busy world, we are continually running around, not taking the time to stop and breathe.  We also place our emphasis on ensuring we get our regular training in during the week getting a good balance of cardio and resistance, but often neglect the matter of flexibility and restoration.  This is crucial for recovery, repair, and health of our tissues and overall health.  Yoga is the perfect compliment for any exercise to ensure lengthening and strengthening of the muscles as well as restoring adrenal health which is often compromised with more vigorous exercise.

 

Fresh Air Fitness is now running Saturday morning Yoga sessions to help create balance in your life.

 

Where: Auckland Domain (meeting at carpark behind museum)

When: Saturday mornings 8am

Price: $15 casual session, $10 per session for 5 week block (next block starting Saturday 12th November)

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, and warm clothes to wear if the wind is up.

 

For those that require more personalised assistance with their yoga to work on specific areas of strength and flexibility, injury prevention or for overall balance and health One on One sessions are available. Price $70 per hour.
